While we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, as professional artists delivering specialized services, we intend to operate diligently around the clock. We strive to ensure that our esteemed Timeless clients receive their services promptly for their special occasions. Therefore, we kindly request that both prospective and current clients comprehend and consent to our booking policy prior to engaging our services.
BOOKING POLICY FOR ALL SERVICES
We require A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT when booking an appointment online to secure your initial appointment. 100% of the deposit goes towards the total amount due on the day of the appointment.
PAYMENT:
The remaining balance must be paid with a Debit or Credit card. Cash is also accepted.NO GUESTS:
No additional guests (including children) or pets are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination. Drivers may wait in their car, drop you off, and pick you up.LATE POLICY:
You must arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a “no show" and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. "No Shows" will also be charged 100% of the remaining service cost to the card used for the deposit, please plan or notify accordingly to avoid this from happening.CANECELLATIONS:
Should you decide to cancel at any time for whatever reason this will result in you losing/forfeiting the initial deposit paid. Rescheduling is always an option.RESCHEDULING:
We request that you reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, or your deposit will be forfeited. This may be done from the confirmation email you receive, OR you can text your artist directly (405) 570-9709. However, you are given 48 hrs after canceling the appointment to reschedule to a new date. Any more than 48 hours will result in another deposit. You are allowed to reschedule only ONCE. Rescheduling more than once (even if more than 48 hours before) will result in forfeiture of the original deposit paid, and the appointment will require a new deposit.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
REFUNDS:
ALL payments are final and will not be considered for refunds for any reason

Old tattoo cover-ups or corrective services that were not done by Alaysha Prince may need removal please contact 405-570-9709 for approval.
Most clients are very pleased with their initial results. Alaysha Prince nor any affiliates of Timeless offer a guarantee for permanent makeup results. In addition, skin is unpredictable in how it responds.
All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, medical conditions, medications taken, and aftercare.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance and state guidelines to document the procedure.
